Recently, I had the absolute pleasure of attending Geoff and Amanda’s Open day at the Enchanted Forest. Just the 15 minute drive out to this venue was amazing with the views of the mountains and cane fields as we approached this private wedding venue. Geoff is the on-site celebrant who welcomed us and showed us the various ceremony and photo locations. The natural setting is exquisite and the such a special place to hold a lifetime memory event. Amanda decorated the Rustic Shed location with a living picture window, framed with white voila curtains and flowers, strings of fairy lights highlighting the Rustic tin wall and the love swing was such a hit with guests. In every direction, there were scenes I wanted to capture with my camera. Kat from Shivoo Event Hire had provided wedding arbours, bouquets and candles set up at both the Rustic Shed and Tree top ceremony locations, giving us the full effect of just how gorgeous the possibilities are at this venue. Both Amanda and Geoff pride themselves on the magical location they have created in the midst of the rainforest, surrounded by sky high trees and picturesque gardens. If you are considering a ceremony in the Whitsundays and are looking for something enchantingly different, I would highly recommend you arrange a tour of this quite unique and affordable wedding venue.
