What Services to you offer?
We at Enchanted Forest Whitsundays can offer a variety of ceremony options specialising in Micro Weddings, Elopements and Vow renewals. The picturesque locations will ensure amazing photo opportunities in a private, intimate and secure environment.
Your Authorised Marriage celebrants Geoff and Amanda are available for both ceremonies at the Enchanted Forest or off site within the Whitsunday Regions.
Can our celebrant of choice officiate our marriage at your venue?
Yes, we specialise in Micro and Intimate ceremonies of up to 40 guests... and we welcome all celebrants to our Enchanted Forest
What if I wanted more than 40 guests?
At Enchanted Forest Whitsundays we cater for micro/intimate weddings, elopements and vow renewals. However, it is all about your day so we will endeavour to accommodate your wishes. Please let us know how many guests you have wishing to attend, there may be exceptions made for small extra cost.
Are we able to host our reception at the venue?
Yes...Enchanted Forest Whitsundays works with local wedding planners and caterers to ensure your day is perfect.
Do you offer catering?
Should you wish to have available some light nibbles and refreshments for your Intimate ceremony guests, please discuss this with your celebrant at your first meeting.
Can we have alcohol and food at our ceremony?
Yes...Enchanted Forest Whitsundays work with local wedding planners and caterers.
There will always be a complimentary bottle of bubbles to toast the happy couple (always makes a good photo opportunity) or you are welcome to take this away with you to enjoy at a later time.
Can we hire a photographer through the Enchanted Forest Whitsundays?
We are able to suggest a range of special occasion photographers in thw Whitsunday region. If you would like to know more about hiring a photographer for your ceremony, please feel free to get in touch with us, with the details of your requirements, such as occasion and dates.
Is there an extra charge for Sundays and Public holidays?
There is no extra charge for public holidays or weekends for your celebrant being either Geoff or Amanda. Other celebrants may have an extra charge. you will need to discuss this with them.
Do you offer transfers?
Yes, we are able to offer transfers for up to 4 guests from the Proserpine Airport, Port of Airlie or Coral Sea Marina from $75.00 per transit.
Other locations for pickup or drop off may incur an extra cost.
Alternately we can recommend a Hot Rod and chauffeur service to arrive in absolute style!
What if it rains?
All our ceremony locations have an under cover area suitable to conduct your ceremony, keeping you nice and dry. The rain is often an enchanting feature for topical rainforest settings.
When do we have to have the paperwork done by
Your Notice of Intended Marriage (NOIM) needs to be completed and witnessed no less than 30 days prior to your ceremony. Contact us today for an Enchanted Forest Wedding Kit and all required and relevant paperwork.
